Learning Agreement

According to the regulations of the ERASMUS programme, all ERASMUS students must prepare a Learning Agreement (a preliminary study plan) at the beginning of their stay abroad and send a Transcript of Records (an overview of the grades) from their host university (University of Münster) to their home university after their return.

With the Learning Agreement, you agree on your preliminary study plan for your ERASMUS stay with your ERASMUS coordinator at your home university and the coordinator at University of Münster. You can find further information on course selection at the University of Münster here.

The Learning Agreement must - if possible - be completed online. You will receive a link for the Learning Agreement from your home university. Your Learning Agreement will be sent directly via the OLA website to the SIZ for verification.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee places in FFA courses and courses from the semester after the next. Since it is not possible to add comments in the OLA portal, however, this is necessary in the cases mentioned, you will receive your OLA back by e-mail as a PDF file.

If you do not select any FFA courses or courses from the semester after the next in the OLA, the OLA will be sent back to you and your home university directly via the portal.

Receiving Responsible Person and thus responsible for signing the Learning Agreements at the Faculty of Law of the University of Münster is:

Esther Roos

Departmental Coordinator
