Contracts for the Supply of Digital Content: Regulatory Challenges and Gaps

The objective of the Münster Colloquia on EU Law and the Digital Economy is to discuss how EU law should react to the challenges and needs of the digital economy.
The 2016 colloquium will focus on Contracts for the Supply of Digital Content: Regulatory Challenges and Gaps with respect to the "Commission proposal for a Directive on certain aspects concerning Contracts for the Supply of Digital Content" (COM(2015) 634 final). In line with the aim of the Münster Colloquia, the contributions will analyse whether and if so which changes and additions to the proposal are required in order to respond to the needs of the digital economy.

There is no conference fee. Participation from faculty staff, practitioners, stakeholders and students is welcomed. The conference will be held in English.
