• November Schmooze, “The future of constitutional law and international law as a grammar of legitimacy”: On 20 and 21 November, the Chair hosted a workshop on “The future of constitutional law and international law as a grammar of legitimacy” in cooperation with Prof Fowkes' Chair. Jan-Werner Müller (Princeton University) presented a keynote on the topic “What Does Academic Freedom Have to Do with Democracy and Constitutionalism?” The program can be found here.

• New York Times article quoting Prof. Hailbronner: "Germany Looks to Stop the Far Right From Assuming Power," NYT, 03/13/2024. (The quote of Prof. Hailbronner's remarks is misleading. New York Times has been asked for clarification. Prof. Hailbronner is not arguing that efforts to enhance the protection of the Federal Constitutional Court are abusive, but rather supports them and calls for consideration on a case-by-case basis with respect to other measures.)
