LL.B. International and Comparative Law
Münster’s Faculty of Law offers the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in International and Comparative Law, designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of German law, Common Law systems, as well as international and European law. This program equips students with the skills to analyze legal issues across different jurisdictions and to evaluate alternative approaches effectively.

LL.M. Comparative and Global Law
Starting in the fall semester 2025/26, the University of Münster will launch the LL.M. program Comparative and Global Law. This innovative, English-taught program equips students to navigate the challenges of an increasingly interconnected legal world.
The two-semester program is open to students from around the globe who want to deepen their expertise in international law, comparative law, and legal history. It welcomes applicants with a legal degree and, in certain cases, those with degrees in related fields that include legal components.

LL.M. Deutsches Recht
The LL.M. program Deutsches Recht is designed for international graduates seeking a deep understanding of German law. This one-year program provides a comprehensive academic foundation to tackle complex legal challenges within the German legal system.
Taught in German, the program is open to students from around the world who have completed a legal degree in their home country. It is particularly suited for those looking to enhance their qualifications with specialized knowledge of German private, public, and criminal law.
