Information for Exams (ERASMUS)

Registration and Deregistration

Erasmus-Students have to register for their exams via the exam-management portal Wilma I. Wilma I is only accessible with the university's VPN activated (regardless of the location you are) using an OTP. Click here for instructions on how to install and set up the VPN and click here for setting up the OPT.

The deadline for registrations as well as deregistrations is the Monday two weeks prior to the exam. The exact dates and times for a particular exam can be found on our Website under the heading "Abschlusklausuren". If any problems arise during the registration process, please contact us immediately at siz@uni-muenster.de. Post-deadline registrations are not possible. Deregistrations after the deadline are only possible due to acute sickness or comparable impediments. In such a case, a deregistration request has to be submitted to pruefungsamtfb03@uni-muenster.de.

Rules for taking Exams

An exam can only be taken, if the student has registered properly in Wilma I. Admission to the exam room requires a valid identification card and student ID card. The exam paper will be provided at the entrance in an envelope. Please use only this paper and do not write on its back. Students must label each page submitted with their name and student ID.

Only uncommented legal codes without underscores, marks or annotations are permitted. Students are not allowed to keep phones, tablets, smartwatches or any other electronic devices at their seat during the exam. Violations can lead to the exam being declared “FAILED (0 Points)”.

Viewing the Exam

After the release of the grades, which can be accessed via Wilma I, students can request to have their graded exam papers sent to them via email. To do so, please send an email to siz@uni-muenster.de and include the following information:

  • Name of the exam
  • Student ID number
  • University email address ending in …@uni-muenster.de
