Works-in-Progress Workshop, May 2-3, 2025

On May 2-3, 2025, the Institute for International and Comparative Public Law is hosting the 2nd International Works-in-Progress Workshop, where contributions on Global Public Law will be presented and discussed.

• New York Times article quoting Prof. Hailbronner: "Germany Looks to Stop the Far Right From Assuming Power," NYT, 03/13/2024. (The quote of Prof. Hailbronner's remarks is misleading. New York Times has been asked for clarification. Prof. Hailbronner is not arguing that efforts to enhance the protection of the Federal Constitutional Court are abusive, but rather supports them and calls for consideration on a case-by-case basis with respect to other measures.)
