At the ZGR conference on January 16, 2026, Stefan Korch will give a presentation on the potential risks of abuse in restructuring proceedings under the German Restructuring Act (StaRUG).

On November 7, Stefan Korch gave a presentation at KU Leuven with the title: Bridging the Gap between Theory and Practice: M&A Contracts from an Empirical Perspective.

At the 6th Leipzig Conference on M&A on September 19, 2025, Stefan Korch gave the opening lecture and focussed on current legislative proposals against the background of the existing legal practice.

On May 9, 2025, Stefan Korch spoke at the Corporate Restructuring Conference in Düsseldorf on corporate law issues in restructuring.

Stefan Korch gave a lecture on “The Law and Economics of Supply Chain Regulation” at Chuo University in Tokyo on April 3, 2025.

On March 31, 2025, Stefan Korch reported on European supply chain regulation at Ryukoku University in Kyoto.

On March 14, 2025, Stefan Korch offered a seminar at the Sapienza Università di Roma on the topic “Bridging the Gap between Theory and Practice: M&A Contracts from a Legal and Empirical Perspective”.

On December 5, 2024, Stefan Korch gave a talk at Vienna University of Economics and Business on empirical legal studies using the example of M&A contracts.

At the conference of the German Association for Corporate Law (VGR) in November 2024, Stefan Korch spoke on “Directors in Restructuring Proceedings”.
