Prof. Dr. Friederike Malorny and Til Rieger had the honor to talk about „AI-driven recruiting: A consideration on anti-discrimination- and data protection law“ at the International Conference "Law, Technology and Labour". The conference was organized by Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module "EULA - EU Law for Algorithm", in collaboration with Curtin Law School, which took place in Bertinoro (Italy) from 30th June through 1st July 2022. Conference paper to follow.
