Prof. Dr. Jelena Jerinic, Professorin für Öffentliches Recht und Abgeordnete des serbischen Parlaments, war vom 5.-9.9.2022 Gast des Kommunalwissenschaftlichen Instituts (KWI) und seines Geschäftsführenden Direktors, Prof. Dr. Hinnerk Wißmann. Frau Jerinic forscht zu Grundfragen einer rechtsstaatlichen Verwaltungsorganisation, die im Modernisierungsprozess in Serbien eine große Rolle spielen. Neben dem Austausch am Institut traf Frau Jerinic auch mit den Fakultätskollegen Prof. Gernot Sydow, Prof. Niels Petersen und Prof. Fabian Wittreck zusammen.

 

Prof. Dr. Jelena Jerinic, Professor of Public Law and Member of the National Parliament of Serbia, was a guest of the Institute for Municipial Law (KWI) at the University of Muenster and its Executive Director, Prof. Dr. Hinnerk Wißmann. Ms Jerinic's research focuses on basic questions of constitutional administrative organisation, which play a major role in the modernisation process in Serbia. In addition to the exchange at the Institute, Ms Jerinic also met with faculty colleagues Prof. Gernot Sydow, Prof. Niels Petersen and Prof. Fabian Wittreck.
